Information you choose to share

Enquiry forms collect your name, phone number, optional email, project or property of interest, message, any bungalow customisation preferences you provide (BHK, plot size, budget range and timeframe), and any preferred visit date and time. We also record the enquiry page, campaign parameters when present, request time and your contact consent. Please do not include identity documents, financial account details or other sensitive information.

How the information is used

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss availability and requested information, and arrange a site visit. Optional property updates require separate consent. A brochure request does not require consent to marketing updates.

Storage and access

Enquiries are saved on the website and transferred securely to the private 100 Keys CRM for follow-up. Authorised 100 Keys staff can create, update and delete CRM enquiries; authorised administrators can also export records. If delivery is temporarily interrupted, the website retains the enquiry and retries delivery. Technical providers process data to host and secure these services.

Retention

The enquiry retention period is 14 days, subject to any applicable legal requirements. The administrator is responsible for reviewing and deleting records from both the website and CRM under this policy.

Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information, or withdraw consent for further contact. Contact 100keysoffice@gmail.com to make a request. Withdrawing optional marketing consent does not require withdrawing an active property enquiry.

Security and analytics

Administrator access is restricted. Forms use validation and abuse controls; a salted hash of network information is temporarily used to limit repeated requests. Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after consent when configured. Read our Cookie Policy.
